      Pros

      Airport spa, great location. The staff are very welcoming and friendly. Supportive atmosphere, the management staff are amazing. Flexible hours. Incredible tips. Discounts on products and services. Overall a great place to work.

      Cons

      The only cons I have are that there are some slow times when the spa isn't busy. As well as they don't offer any benefits (Insurance plan).

      Pros

      I have seen a ton of growth during my time at Be Relax. The company listens to the needs of their employees and tries to accommodate the best way they can. Is it a perfect company? No Are they willing to listen? Yes

      Cons

      The benefits aren't the best. There have been some changes over the years and they seem to be heading for the better.
