Cons
1.They have very chip mind, specially the management system. 2.Management think that their employees are like garments worker. 2.Boss wants possitivity from every employee but he didnt believe anyone, he provides tracking software to all employees computer and told undoutly that if he did not come office for 7 days, no one will work etc. 3. After all of this they provide overtime money :-) we pay for every minutes 🍌. It something like we employees are here to take only money from them they didnt get anything from us. 4. If anyone will come at office before office time as it start from 9 or 10, if someone came at 10 or 20 minutes earlier, they can work but they will not paying for that 20 minutes. How lol it is ! 5. Its not over today, shortly if i said, do not join to this company you will waste and lose your time and only learn how to calculate salary and time. So, please take care about your career. Special reasons... No lunch, no commitment, no law, i am the boss mentality, no technical project manager. They promote tester to project manager. Its over now, best of luck
