No retainer or $ until you sell a house (but probably the industry standard)

A job, good co-workers, office events or celebrations

No salary reviews, other staff receiving benefits or increases ad-hoc with no system. Management only prioritises their own success, can't communicate with each other. Also no HR which is a big red flag - it's looked after internally in our office and it's a conflict of roles.
