Pros
A company with a storied history both positive and negative, that treats it's permanent employees like valuable rare minerals. They're hardly ever terminated, always being transferred to another department if theirs is closed down etc. Promotions for permanent employees are a matter of course, due to those who simply do their job adequately for a period of time or those who are friends with someone higher up in the chain of command.
Cons
The "cons" are if you're one of the second class at BBTS, the contractors (pun intended). Also known as permatemps, many of them endure working the same tasks as permanent employees without benefits, no paid holidays, no sick days, no time and a half on holidays, no vacation, no wage increases, and no hope of advancement. Plus, you get to watch as the actual full time employees around you get the day off paid, making more than you do working that same day. That is of course until they come back on the next regular business day, only to look the other way some more when you walk by in the hall rushing for the scraps of the executives' catered food left on the kitchen counters. Sound like a place you'd like to work? My advice - run, and run fast!
