Working at my current company has been an incredibly positive experience, especially in terms of professional growth and company culture. From the start, I found an environment that not only supports but actively encourages personal and professional development. Within less than a year, my efforts were recognized with a promotion, a testament to the company's commitment to recognizing and rewarding performance. The workplace culture here is peaceful and respectful, fostering a collaborative atmosphere where everyone is focused on mutual improvement and aligned with the same goals. This nurturing setting makes it a fantastic place to work, where team members feel motivated to excel and innovate.

As the company is rapidly growing, some processes are still being defined. This aspect, though challenging, truly highlights the collaborative spirit here. Our opinions and feedback are highly valued, directly influencing daily improvements and helping to shape the company's evolving practices.

Decent enough people and some type of client base.

Revolving door of management and high turnover for such a small company should tell you all you need. No focus and the CEO is a nice enough guy but is stuck in his ways preventing company from evolving and growing. Huge lack of transparency. All advice from CEO seemed like it was pulled out of a corporate 101 book and regurgitated to us like we're 12 years old. Seems like they hired a wish.com version of a consultant because they didn't know any better and was cheaper than someone who knew what they were doing. Pay is also below average and I've never experienced so much corporate cringe at such a small company.
