Helpful colleagues, but management, leave policies and compensation ( no bonus )are poor - Technician Bauer's Intelligent Transportation Employee Review

I've been working at Bauer's Intelligent Transportation for almost 20 years. It's the best place I've ever worked.

I can't think of anything.

IF and WHEN you are able to get a good job/trip/party gig, you can make great tips on top of hourly plus the commission. Sometimes I made 50 plus an hour.

During the slow months of the year in the City, Nov & Dec etc... be prepared to have a back up job. You will be thanking me later for this because it totally sucks. 10 hours a week of work during slow months.
