Good people, fantastic culture overall

Poor leadership doomed the firm

Cutting edge technologies, intelligent work force, very good mid-level managers, very responsive to customer requests, highly efficient, flexible hours, generous health benefits

Have treated employees poorly as market conditions deteriorated in 2008/2009. Cannot take poor market conditions out on mid/low level employees (who have no control). Need to concentrate on core competencies. At higher levels, tie compensation to performance. Upper management not open about future of company.
