I was injured at work doing my job as procedure dictated but after I had warned of the danger. I was hurt so badly I had to get 6 surgeries and Battelle refused to even acknowledge being at fault claiming I was "fine" when I went to the health services on site and I couldn't prove my injury happened there. It progressively got worse as I was forced to continue working like normal until I had to get emergency surgery for repairs. Then I was ostracized when I came back and eventually I put in a month notice. I was "let go" the same day.
