Management is totally disconected from average workers. Wont listen to staff that have knowledge of a subject. Wastes more money with tons of VP's they have that do little. Management makes polices that everyone has to follow until it effects them and then they ignore it but will chastize you for not following it. Dont care about the workers, they will lay you off in a minute to save a buck, then turn around next month and hire 4 more VP's.
