Its hard to believe Bateman Agency has only been in existence for less than four years. The caliber of the team, the high quality of the client work, the extreme devotion of both the staff and the clients (most of whom are repeat customers or former employees from Fred's first agency Bateman Group) to the agency is inspiring. The founder is kind and generous and fully committed to providing a one-of-a-kind PR agency work experience. The agency takes radical transparency to new levels -- everyone knows the salary structure and can view the P&L upon request at any time. There are no secrets at Bateman Agency - and an agency that doesn’t keep secrets from its employees is one that communicates more effectively, works more efficiently, and maintains a truly positive company culture.

It takes a certain amount of maturity to succeed at Bateman Agency and understanding that business momentum and cash flow has ebbs and flows. Always knowing where the agency stands from a profitability perspective can be scary for those who don't understand how the agency business model works. There are some who would rather be kept in the dark, but I prefer to know where the profits are going, to whom or what and why...

The Bateman team is made up of some of the smartest, nicest people I’ve had the pleasure of working with. Management takes great care to make sure everyone feels good and is set up to do their best work. Relationships with clients are strong and long lasting. Benefits are great and the pay is unbeatable. Fred has a clear “people over profits” motto and sticks to it.

As someone that works fully remote, I get fomo when I see others in the SF office!
