      No much stress, flexibility, ability to move to other regions

      Cons

      Too much politics. They adore western nationalities to the limit that they hire them with low qualifications and recruit them as directors and senior managers!!!

      Dates sell themselves, the menu used to be healthy now it’s just like every other cafe.

      Top management needs to listen more, their ineffective management style is having a negative impact on the guest experience
