The assessment stage is quite comprehensive and requires a good amount of time to complete. While it’s a thorough process, it does a great job of providing realistic insight into the day-to-day expectations of the role.

Make sure you check the reviews against an AI text checker, because most if not all of the positive reviews are straight up AI reviews they have put up to boost their scores. In fact, their socials team has a task to do just that so that they can boost their scores. 1. Immature founders 2. Trash culture 3. Absolutely no modicum of decency among the team 4. Founder is openly flippant and insults you to your face 5. No one has any idea what is going on and everybody is just running headless 6. No one is experienced to guide the team but the founder believes his opinion is always right and doesn't listen but will be the first one to blame you
