High Pay with bad moral across the company - Senior IT Professional Basin Electric Power Employee Review

Although CEO is a great guy he is very naive when it comes to allowing HR to be management over IT Professionals. .. Its like Engineers working with Mechanics....it just doesn't work! Bad management in IT and HR that needs ousted. Employees do not matter and management only wants feedback they want to hear and don't deal with the real problems plaguing the department. You will be a lower level job title doing Senior level work in IT specifically. Mid-management is too scared for their jobs to even make any real decisions because of new CIO and Head of HR breathing down their necks.
