Pros
Good environment, great visibility on Company strategies and Group objectives. Great Brands and good business model. Possibility to learn and grow at personal level. Informal environment and great offices.
Cons
No strategic career path defined. Also, the Top Management is not used properly meaning that it is not challenged with responsibilities so it is not pushed to reach Company results. Salaries are well below the standards.In general, the Company is managed in a "family biz manner" when in facts the figures of the Group and the fields of action are the ones of a Corporation.
