Pros
I worked remotely, so that's a plus.
Cons
Where do I start? They measure progress by # of daily commit you make and # of lines of code you write. It reminds of the quote by Bill Gates "Measuring programming progress by lines of code is like measuring aircraft building progress by weight." The CEO is constantly checking up on you like a creep. The management is pulling each other's legs. It's funny how the company's canned response to every review is 'Should you wish you discuss your experience with us further, don't hesitate to contact us'. Haha. Why would anyone, after escaping the disaster that your company is, want to get in touch with you again? They escaped ALIVE. They don't want to contact you again and discuss their horrible nightmare with you. After I left, they sent me a huge "legal" letter threatening that I owe them like a couple of million bucks for leaving (literally)! After laughing for about an hour, I put it in the shredder and was done with them forever. Run, don't walk.
