Its a young, energetic and vibrant company, the main office is in Marbella with smaller satellite offices scattered around. The office is funky and there is a real entrepreneurial feel to the place, your opportunity to grow is only limited by your imagination and capabilty. Its a young company and the main office does have a really social vibe. Benefits are great, including a short day Friday to start your weekend and free lunches. They may not always get it right it terms of staff initiatives, but the aim is there to be the best employer around.

There is working at pace and feeling manic, Basebone balances between them. Some of the techies felt the technology wasn't "current " enough. Most of the managers are pretty new to leading, so culture isn't always consistent across the business, they are keen to get it right though.

I started my internship at Basebone months ago now. It was my first job and I was still doing my degree at university. I thought, as you do in this cases, that I was about to learn how to switch on the photocopy machine ;) and learn some theory about marketing but to my surprise it was the other way around, I have learned, worked and felt part of a great team where I've been told how to negotiate rates, work with the latest searching tools and much more. There is also good communication in my team and also with other departments. This helps when there is a problem because we can fix it quick. I am happy to say that I am a full time member of Basebone and will carry on giving my 150%

i live in malaga so its quite far from my place but I have to say that working on Marbella is amazing
