Pros
Barrios values people and their contributions. Just that single statement alone sets them apart from every other place I've worked. If they make you an offer, take it, even if the pay is not competitive. Other places may pay more, but they want a pound of flesh and will crush your spirit over time. Barrios treats people with dignity and respect.
Cons
The only con was that the nature of the business (aerospace) was contract dependent.
