Pros
The position is part of a unit which makes working as a team that much easier. Lots of decision making abilities if you like taking the lead. Working as part of a unit allows you to learn and understand everyone's job (i.e., Risk, Payroll, HR).
Cons
The company strives on increasing the amount of businesses they partner with. This tends to make it more difficult for each business unit to service their clients efficiently and accurately. You have to be able to keep up with the fast-pace the sales force moves at! It can be done; however, when too many processes are created and not everyone follows the same process (such as each business unit); it can cause chaos.
