Excellent Workplace - Superintendent Baron Contracting Employee Review

The owner is very generous and professional, always about his business but never too big to get personal. They value dedication and effort, so if you are actually putting in the time and producing results, it will be recognized and appreciated. Pay is great and benefits are also a plus. The culture here is overwhelmingly positive and great to be a part of.

Not a single thing I can think of.

They pay for a pretty decent benefits package. They do decent quality work for projects they build, but the company culture is what's lacking.

Horribly structured company. Baron is made up of 3-4 employees who half of them are related - which makes career advance moves very difficult. The CEO is a very pompous man who genuinely thinks he owns Kansas City. They consistently track your movements. They are either very micromanaging or don't explain what they want to have completed (one extreme or the other). I would strongly suggest not working for this company.
