Amazing Company and Amazing People to Work for! - Office Manager Baron Contracting Employee Review

Pros would be the Benefits, Relationships, Security, Training, and Communication. I really enjoyed my time at Baron Contracting. The owner and Senior PM are both extremely organized and fair individuals that I look up to greatly. Only reason for leaving is relocation. The entire team is extremely easy to get along with and build relationships with. I will miss Baron Contracting!

No real cons to mention. Only reason for leaving this company is relocation. Anyone given the opportunity to join this team should jump on it immediately.

They pay for a pretty decent benefits package. They do decent quality work for projects they build, but the company culture is what's lacking.

Horribly structured company. Baron is made up of 3-4 employees who half of them are related - which makes career advance moves very difficult. The CEO is a very pompous man who genuinely thinks he owns Kansas City. They consistently track your movements. They are either very micromanaging or don't explain what they want to have completed (one extreme or the other). I would strongly suggest not working for this company.
