No diversity (at least from what I've seen) Stuck in old fashioned ways Bad reputation with old customers of mine It was around the holiday season that I was brought on, so we had off quite a bit. I was let go within 2 months of working at Barentz even though I was told I was meeting expectations so far. 2 months is not enough time for anybody at any company. I was just getting to know my coworkers and customers. I really should've asked around before I went to this company. It was a mistake on my part, but you live and learn.
