Typical Corporate Hypocrites - Server Bareburger Employee Review

Micromanagement; disorganized management dynamic (there were 5 managers at one location); security cameras are everywhere and are watched on real time by a removed middle-manager / owner. I don't feel their manta of being a sustainable and eco-friendly company is truly is alignment with their business objectives. I do not recommend others to work here. In addition to the management disfunction, we were routinely withheld tips (as they are shared). We could not count our own tips, and thus we never really knew how much more we could have been making.
