Terrible Graduate Experience - Graduate Software Developer Barclays Employee Review

The graduate scheme in Glasgow feels rushed and undercooked. Being asked to list your skills, experiences and what you want to do feels like a waste of time when the team assignments feel random. The managers don't feel trained to handle graduates either. I didn't come from a CS background and I feel even more alienated than the other graduates due to being expected to keep up with the rest. Covid may have exacerbated these problems but when I actively bring up my issues to HR to see nothing being done I just feel invisible.
