Pros
Great company for someone who lacks experience. Stay around 1.5-2 yrs and you'll be good to bounce off somewhere else. - Dedicated individuals - Pull yourself up by your bootstraps mentality -Good salary if you negotiate -Full benefits package -DOD contractor, so your job is pandemic proof (until the contract end date)
Cons
-It's a hierarchy company culture. Be sure to be willing to work with micro managers, and a few steamrollers types, since there's no training for them - HR is growing but laughable, the division lead will not get back to you for weeks - Boundaries are blurry, old timers cross lines often - If you're good at something, chances are they'll keep you there instead of training you up -"diversity" is only found in the operations teams, not management level
