Pros
Salary / compensation was decent, but in the end not worth it.
Cons
Oh where to start... If you are considering a position here, I really recommend you read other reviews first, as well as ask about any of the following - 1) Technology company (it is in the name after all) headed up by a CEO who thinks that Excel spreadsheets are cutting-edge technology. No technical experience / knowledge whatsoever, which is a real issue. 2) No plans for the future of the company (think 1+ year out). The only directive is pretty much "keep the current software on life-support, indefinitely". Attempts at modernization are largely ignored / forgotten, and no focus or thought is given to such projects (of which none remain). 3) Constant turnover of employees, when they realize there is zero chance of making a positive impact / change. If you enjoy working somewhere where everyday it feels the company is closer to failing, maybe it is for you? 4) Product is constantly on fire / encountering emergencies. Which, can be interesting at first, but just gets too stressful after a while. The biggest issue is, once the fire is put out / fixed, everyone forgets about it. No effort to understand *why* it happened in the first place, to prevent it happening again. 5) Last but certainly not least, even after you leave you won't be free of this awful company. They've sent multiple (baseless) legal threats to former employees to try to scare them. This behavior says it all. If a company has to stoop to such a level to try to keep employees, is it really somewhere you want to work? They will attempt to lie about and/or downplay the above during interview process.
