      First of all to have a new environment with my co-workers and a lot of ideas we share to each other. with the knowledge we share to consider for all of us.

      Cons

      I repair different kinds of Equipment's and maintain the good conditions for all times. My knowledge is more expand because of the new technology now. By trouble shooting using computers to know what was wrong with the unit of equipment i repair.

      With 11 years experience and working with multiple people from different countries, matching all with Congolese and intending labour laws, it was so challenging and intense work environment

      You get use to work under pressure, yes we used to work with leave roaster plans but there was always need of permanent team on sites
