Great work environment, people are very friendly, open door atmosphere, great wokr/life balance, upper management act as mentors and help and guide you. As an employee you get great interest rate on mortgage loans and car loans.
Cons
Promotions won't come easy. Lot of pressure to sale, increase business and meet growth goals. Little room for error.
