Good insurance Yearly bonus A lot of PTO hours per pay period
Cons
Very disoragnized company. Administration is all about themselves and care less about their employees. Customer service is more important than patient care, and if I wanted customer service I would go to Wal Mart. No money for yearly raises, yet they spend all their money on re-paving the roads and refurnishing buildings. Very understaffed. Not black and white rules. There is a lot of grey areas as to what is expected and what is not.
