      Pros

      They are a magnet hospital and nursing seems to like that. They do a lot of social things for the employees.

      Cons

      Management spends a great deal of money on consultants but nothing ever seems to change in how business is done. Even thought the hospital community is not known for high wages, theirs seems even lower in comparison.

      Pros

      The health benefits are phenomenal, but they are a closed network, limited to Banner Health providers and chosen community providers. Compensation will always be on the lower end due to being not-for-profit.

      Cons

      Regarding IT efficiency, they are behind. Processes are archaic and manual due to lack of up to date IT programs. Their systems do not talk to each other, and there are workarounds for everything.
