Your co-workers are awesome ! That being said that's about the only positive there is ... And most of them leave to find work elsewhere for better pay
Cons
-all you hear about is budget ! Saving money , saving costs ... Yet then you hear about the new hospital they bought or how they are expanding to a different state - they have the worst pay for nurses in any hospital in Phoenix -they are cutting down on CNAs and housekeeping because they say the "nurses are capable of doing it " yet they increase our nurse to patient ratio - they have such a huge turn over rate that you are constantly having to deal with new people or training
