None at all, not a good place to start.
Cons
They will make you walk around neighborhoods to knock on doors. They lie to clients. They try to embarrass you in front of your peers. They will not refund clients for paid premiums. They're annuties are not the best in the business. Agents withhold information to prospective clients. If you make past SNA period they will still treat you like dirt. They will try to sue you for policies that are voided. You must pay for policies that clients cancel.
