We have made transformative changes to our organisational structure in Q4 2021; are making significant investment in all aspects of employee life, including rolling out a competitive benefits programme; introducing an industry-leading HR platform encompassing performance, engagement and professional development; and establishing ongoing internal and external training programmes. We have enhanced our organisational structure with a number of key appointments, management changes and other initiatives. Whilst scaling up a fintech with rapid growth in a dynamic market creates an environment full of both challenge and opportunity that won't be for everyone, we take any valid concerns incredibly seriously and are working hard to improve.
