Pros
Pay is okay depending on the department your in. Good 401k. No waiting period for paid holidays. Three free Bank of the Ozarks shirts that can be worn with jeans. Headquarters looks nice.
Cons
1st thing there is not a lot of training for positions that require training in order to be accomplished. People act like giving you the correct training will make them loss their job. Hard to get advancement with no training. Any training they do provide is the bare minimum. Racism is a big problem at this bank. They are not as diverse as they claim to be. Managers love to be sucked up too as well. I wouldn't recommend this bank to anyone not even my worst enemy.
