There are no pros about this company. Awful place to work.
Cons
High workload, little pay for frontline workers. No bonuses unless you're an officer or in corporate. No way to advance in the company for retail workers. Super high turnover and lack of staff, because there are much better opportunities at better companies. This company has inflated reviews on Glassdoor. They were notified of how employees really feel on this site, and suddenly there are 5 star reviews. They did the same thing when our mobile banking app was launched. Customers gave the app 1 star, yet when management found out there was a huge increase in 5 star ratings. Fix the problem instead of sweeping it under the rug, Bank of the Ozarks. Treat your staff better instead of bragging about your stock prices all the time.
