Good Benefits, Poor Work-Life Balance - Loans Processor Bank First National Employee Review

Pros

They had a good benefits package and other monetary incentives.

Cons

I came in without any prior experience and I was eager to learn more about the bank and my role. In my interview, management said this position could be work from home but when I got there it was not true. There was a lot to learn and they severely lacked in their training abilities. Breaks were short and they don't like it if you take a 30 minute lunch break, so most people just work and eat. Management pressures you to do overtime, especially if you are in loans. Most people put in 45-50 hours/week and are not allowed to work from home during the pandemic. Watch what you say and do around your coworkers because they will talk to management.

Pros

Freedom to work from home or wherever you have a secure server, co-workers are pleasant, and the executives know you by name.

Cons

Pay isn't spectacular by any means, limited room for growth/advancement in company, and the headquarters is located in a pretty unremarkable city.
