      Start-up atmosphere without the start-up hours or worries. Great team building exercises and excursions. Promotes health and wellness. Great benefits package - especially regarding health insurance.

      Cons

      I have no cons. I left due to the commute I had, but that's no knock on the company.

      Pros

      Second to none benefits package (especially if you have a family), Work-life balance, flexibility with appointments, on site gym and sports facility, state forest with trails nearby, quarterly challenges to accrue extra PTO, working with some of the best people you'll ever know.

      Poor internal communication at times, internal politics, automation needs
