Pros

The benefits most will agree are great. Smart people and lots of really good people.

Cons

I really wanted to like it here but I have to be honest. It's very poorly run and immature. There is a lot of game playing. I am all for free beer and parties but dare I say it might be overkill? Too much play and too much goofing off??? I never though I'd say that but it's true. Some people are liked for who they are or who they know. That is obvious. I see many work very hard for little to zero recognition because they are afraid to voice anything that could upset management unless it's a person who is a good friend. How you are treated and the path you will take depends on who you are and who you know. I know this is true in many companies but it's over the top here. It kills morale and the ones who are dedicated and worth something keep their heads down. That's not a successful business model in any part of the business world. In fact, everything I've learned has been the opposite with this company. I've never seen so many VPs for everything in the world you could think of. "The director of Janitorial services" reports to the "Vice President of Janitorial services" who reports to the "GM of Janitorial services" and so on..That's a running joke at this place. It's so immature around here so I guess an immature comparison is the only thing some may be able to relate to. I have to agree with the other reviews in that I have seen some things take place that lack integrity. This place could be so much better.
