Independence, outdoor work, long hours, good pay, commission, physical work

Strict and unforgiving owner with no patience, doesn't care about his employees. Ready to sue anyone for anything. Sets you up for failure by throwing you in without proper and adequate training. Then getting in trouble for things that aren't your fault. Long hours not knowing what time you are going to get off for the day. Poor communication between management and employees on what specific things need to be done on a certain job.
