1. Won't recognize people's talent. 2. Bad team management and team lead skills. 3. Always the project gets cancelled, at the end of the project, i felt bad cause i worked hard. 4. No career growth. Even if you want to switch, they won't allow you to switch, instead they say that manager don't have a confidence without giving it out a try. 5. During performance evaluation, they say something instead of talking about individual at the end of the day, you get less percentage of salary hike. 6. Here people get hike those who talk a lot and less or no coding at all. But here people who create the project will get less hike. Its kind of politics here where people only need to talk and nothing else.
