Pros

The team members are nice. The pay is good only if everyone gets a minimum variable pay. The company's work culture,management team is good. Snacks,milk and other company initiatives are good. .

Cons

The technology is quite old to work on..Pls tell the true work nature when a new member joins the company as in many it's not the case..

We changed our variable component in 2016 such that only bottom 10% of the employees do not receive the benefit, bottom 10% is determined basis performance in the team. If an employee happens to be in the bottom 10% then they do not receive the variable pay.
