Pros
Even though the company has been around for decades, it is currently functioning as a start up due to an acquisition. Pay and benefits are higher than average.
Cons
Our new motto is NOW. We need to move much faster than some of the systems and processes are set up for. Technology is outdated. Policies are outdated. We need a complete overhaul. I think we are getting there. The company needs to work on their diversity if they want to be a real employer of choice. Population is heavily male. Would love to see more diversity.
