Summer Internship - Technical Intern I Ball Aerospace Employee Review

The company really does care about it's employees happiness. With my little worldly experience, most "Corporate Culture" speeches have seemed like generic meaningless drivel, something that some manager learned recently. At Ball, there were at least 20 active employee groups supported by the company. Every employee I worked with was genuinely happy working for Ball. They have an amazing intern program. In addition to what you'll learn from the job, they also have lunch and learns, white water rafting, camping, hiking, scheduled tours of other departments and facilities. I was allowed to shadow people in several different departments. Very competitive pay and stipends for moving.
