Chaotic, never ending stress - Anonymous employee Balise Auto Employee Review

This place is terrible. Management is so blind to employees needs. They had a meeting for all of the employees telling us how much they spent the previous year, then went on to say, "but unfortunately we can't give raises. But here's an ice cream cone." The stress you will endure is not worth the minimal pay that they give you. Your coworkers will do anything possible to get work off of their desks and pile it on yours. No one helps each other. Expectations of the work load are unrealistic and upper management is a joke.
