      Actually feels like the company cares. Small tokens of appreciation throughout he year. Cool corporate outings as well

      Cons

      Clique-y at times. Not a name brand. Because it's smaller, you are always subject to a budget

      Baker Tilly continuing to gobble up small firms has shifted the company culture. Not the same BT it once was when I started 3 years ago
