Not Great - MSP - Anonymous employee Baker Tilly Employee Review

Not looked after or respected. Told repeatedly I was a good performer, but when I asked for help due to being overloaded they kept avoiding making any changes - just empty promises. Last straw was when I couldn't use any of the "unlimited PTO" to care for my family when my dad was going through treatments and eventually passed away. I had used a total of 3 days so far that year and was always forced to check-in during those "days off". Was not payed well for the jobs I was doing - on top of mine had to manage our most difficult staff.
