Pros
You can find something positive in every bad situation. I would say the experience made me a stronger/tougher person and taught me what I should not tolerate in a business environment.
Cons
Did not have a welcoming environment and my group was completely unprofessional. Managers often complained about Partners and other employees they did not like and made plans to get rid of people. If you weren't liked, plans were made to push you out. If HR looked into it they would find the necessary information needed to address this problem. Partners micro-managed and questioned time (down to .1 of an hour) in an effort to increase the realization rate. Associates/Senior Associates often were asked to cut their billable time even though we were told not to. The level of disrespect is unimaginable. I could go on and on. If an employee was really bitter and vindictive, they could easily sue this company and win. I'm so happy I got out! Trust me when I say I would take the reviews on here with a grain of salt.
