      I learned they importance of treating people with respect. I networked with folks my age.

      Cons

      People at my level were unhappy. 90% of the staff in my area found other opportunities within 8 months.

      Baker Tilly continuing to gobble up small firms has shifted the company culture. Not the same BT it once was when I started 3 years ago
