      Pros

      They just purchased new equipment, that helps. Good Benefits, flexible hours until busy season.

      Cons

      Managers have no idea what your job is and have no idea how long it takes to do it. The pay is terrible. Management is disconnected, Senior managers have no clue.

      Baker Tilly continuing to gobble up small firms has shifted the company culture. Not the same BT it once was when I started 3 years ago
