Pros
Great group of people to work with and I've been fortunate that all of the clients I've worked with have been very nice as well.
Cons
Employee turn over creates compression on existing teams. As with any public accounting firm, the hours for a good portion of the year will be long, also the times at which those long hours present themself are highly team dependent.
