Pros
The company cares about its employees. Flowers get sent to spouses on their birthday, every employee gets a turkey for thanksgiving and a ham for christmas. Family owned and operated and they care a lot about their "most valuable asset" their staff. Been around for 79 years. Fun group of people nationally to work with.
Cons
As with any company their are bad seeds that make everyone jobs harder. Sometimes you have to figure out how to get things done.
